You can reach numerous excursion possibilities without traffic jams in the immediate vicinity or in the neighbouring Salzburg and Berchtesgdaden. The cosy 32 m² 3-star mansard flat on the 2nd floor with a large living/bedroom with a double bed and a child's bed is suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child. It has an extra kitchen, shower/WC along with toiletries and towels, cable TV, a small hallway and a balcony facing south as well as garden furniture. The house's own lawn can also be used and has seating and a barbecue for shared use. The flat is suitable for a maximum of three people and two dogs.

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.60 per person/night for adults; € 0.40 per person/night for children from the age of 9 up to the age of majority; children up to the age of 9, severely disabled persons with a disability of 50 % or more and persons travelling on business are exempt from paying the spa tax.Dog € 3.00 per day
