The comfortable and renovated 3-star holiday flat has two separate bedrooms, each with a shower/WC, a double bed for 2 people, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a large balcony with panoramic views of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided in the holiday flat. In addition, you can use the house's own sunbathing lawn and barbecue facilities.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.60 per person/night for adults; € 0.40 per person/night for children from the age of 9 up to the age of majority; children up to the age of 9, severely disabled persons with a disability of 50 % or more and persons travelling on business are exempt from paying the spa tax.
