Description
Welcome to Unterberg, a district of the municipality of Anger in the Berchtesgadener Land. We look forward to welcoming you to our former farm. In spring 2022, the farmhouse was extended by a barrier-free, family-friendly holiday flat with its own parking space directly in front of the front door and a spacious terrace. The flat is located on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and nature.
On 94 sqm you will find three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a spacious bathroom. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed (200x200cm) with an electrically adjustable slatted frame, a wardrobe and on request we can offer you a cot. In the 2nd bedroom you will find a french bed (140x200cm), a single bed (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom is a cosy interior room, which is equipped with a bunk bed (90x200cm). If required, the upper bed can be extended with a fall-out protection. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and much more. In the dining area you will find space for 6 people, a high chair is always available if needed. In the living area you can relax on our comfortable couch set. In the wardrobe you will find a flat screen TV and games. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower, a bathtub and an accessible washbasin. On the enclosed terrace with garden, we offer garden furniture and a nice place to relax. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire holiday flat.
Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 0.60 per person/night for adults; EUR 0.40 per person/night for children from the age of 9 up to the age of majority; children up to the age of 9, severely disabled persons with a disability of 50% or more and persons travelling on business are exempt from paying the spa tax.
