Detached house in an elevated, quiet location in the Höhenberg district, with a wonderful view of Aschau and the Kampenwand. A sunbathing lawn at the house invites you to relax. Due to the beautiful location on the outskirts of the village, approx. 2 km to the centre and 1 km to the orthopaedic children's clinic. The Cafe Pauli with its beer garden is only a few minutes' walk away. Our farm is located right next door, so dogs and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Cosy and comfortably furnished 33 sqm holiday flat with south-facing balcony and panoramic view of Aschau and the mountains. The living/bedroom is furnished with a double bed, kitchenette with 4-plate cooker and oven, flat-screen cable TV and dining area. Bathroom with shower/WC. Suitable for allergy sufferers, please inform yourself before booking. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
