Description
Detached house in an elevated, quiet location in the Höhenberg district, with a wonderful view of Aschau and the Kampenwand. A sunbathing lawn at the house invites you to relax. Due to the beautiful location on the outskirts of the village, approx. 2 km to the centre and 1 km to the orthopaedic children's clinic. The Cafe Pauli with its beer garden is only a few minutes' walk away. Our farm is located right next door, so dogs and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The living/bedroom is furnished with a double bed, kitchenette with 4-plate cooker and oven, flat-screen cable TV and dining area. Bathroom with shower/WC.
