Description
Very beautiful, sunny location with fantastic mountain views, close to the Aschau public nature outdoor pools and the Bärnsee nature reserve. Detached house, directly at the forest with connection to the hiking trail network. Bus stop 80 m from the house. Parking lot at the house. Our house is treated with Memon technology low radiation and our water is also treated with Memon technology. To the Aschauer bike rental 300 m, cycle and hiking paths lead directly past the house. 6,5 km to the lake Chiemsee and 3,7 km to the Kampenwandbahn, mountain cable car.
The entrance to the newly designed 88 sqm apartment leads over a large west terrace with separate apartment entrance.The apartment has 4 rooms, two bathrooms and a storage room, central heating, west terrace and south balcony and extends over the whole first floor of a single-family house. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven and ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available for a fee), toaster, electric kettle and all necessary cooking utensils, a spacious dining area and a comfortable wing chair for relaxing. Living room with pull-out sofa bed, Swedish stove (woodburning stove), flat screen TV and direct access to the south balcony, 2 bedrooms with double beds: 1 x 2.00 x 2.00 m, second 1.80 x 2.00 m, 1 large bathroom with shower, shower seat, toilet and a smaller bathroom in the second bedroom with shower/toilet and washbasin. Wireless LAN, parking space directly in front of the house, garage for parking the bicycles, garage can also be rented separately for car accommodation.
