Children are very welcome. Sunbathing lawn and own beekeeping. Hiking, mountain biking and sledging directly from the house. We have a lockable bike garage for your bikes.

Cosy non-smoking holiday flat (1st floor) with parquet floors, with two separate bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom has an additional single bed. Kitchen-living room with corner bench, SAT-TV, W-LAN and kitchenette, shower and WC, parquet floors, south-facing balcony, separate entrance and own parking space. Outdoor seating in the farm garden with panoramic views of Aschau, Kampenwand and Hohenaschau Castle.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
