Holiday home Wiesengrund with four holiday flats on a 1500 sqm property, in a quiet residential area on the Prien with a wonderful view of the mountains. Last house at Wiesengrundstr. 62, two flats handicapped accessible on the ground floor but with steps, two flats on the 1st floor. 500 m walking distance to the orthopaedic children's clinic and approx. 800 m into the village to various restaurants, shopping facilities, the train station and the bus stop. Various walking and hiking trails directly from the house lead along the river Prien, towards the Bärnsee nature reserve or into the surrounding mountains and alpine pastures such as Kampenwand. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house for a fee. Pets and dogs are not allowed. Free parking directly at the house.We rent out four holiday flats for 2 - 4 people each with one or two separate bedrooms and next door under "Ferienwohnungen Feistl Wiesengrund" two more holiday flats for 2 people each with one separate bedroom.

Bright spacious non-smoking holiday flat 65 sqm, for 2 persons with south-facing balcony and wonderful view of the mountains. A separate bedroom with double bed. Large living room with a comfortable couch, flat-screen cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Separate kitchen with corner bench and dining table, stove/oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels available. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
