Central yet very quiet location, directly at the Aschau spa gardens and the Prien river. To the Kampenwandbahn, to the shopping facilities, to the restaurants and to the train station it is approx. 15 minutes or 800 m on foot. Bus stop in all directions a few steps away. Washing machine in the cellar for free use and storage room for skis, bicycles etc. available. An underground parking space is reserved for your car. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
The holiday flat with balcony and roof construction extending to the ridge, wooden ceilings, electrically operated tiled stove convey a cosy and spacious impression. The open floor plan is divided into a generously designed hallway with pull-out sofa bed, an adjoining living room with dining table, large upholstered seating area, cable TV and open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge and freezer. The separate bedroom has sloping ceilings with double bed and single bed. Bathroom with fitted furniture, washing machine, shower cubicle with bath, separate WC. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
