Our holiday flats are located in an idyllic, quiet location above Aschau on the edge of the forest with a wonderful panoramic view of the Kampenwand. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails, as well as cross-country skiing tracks start directly at the house. Approx. 10 minutes walk to the centre and the orthopaedic children's clinic. Our ecological solid wood house with 6 large (64 sqm) holiday flats, high-quality natural wood furniture and underfloor heating in the natural stone shower. The holiday flats have spacious terraces or balconies facing south.Cot, high chair and baby changing unit are free of charge and can be provided. Large playground and sunbathing lawn. Table tennis table, climbing wall, large trampoline. Bicycle garage, barbecue area, sledges free of charge. Washing machine and dryer in the house.Dogs are allowed for an extra charge in four flats No. I / II / IV / VI, in flats III and V no dogs are allowed.Conditionally handicapped accessible / wheelchair, please inform yourself before booking if the flat is suitable for your handicap.

The spacious, bright and cosy 64 sqm non-smoking holiday flat on the 1st floor with south-facing balcony and panoramic view of the Kampenwand, invites you to relax with its natural wood furniture with feel-good ambience, underfloor and wall heating. Enjoy your time out in a large living room with open kitchen, a Swedish stove (wood is provided for 1 x heating) and dining area. The living area with sofa bed, satellite flat screen TV, internet connection, free W-LAN, the fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate ceramic hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, moccamaster coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed with a pull-out bed. The pull-out bed is in the form of a bottom drawer and can be easily pulled out. Bathroom with natural stone shower, underfloor and wall heating, WC and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. Baby cot, changing mat and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Dogs and pets are not allowed in this flat.

Conditions and extras
Dogs are allowed for a fee in four flats no. I / II / IV / VI, in flats III and V dogs are not allowed. One dog allowed, please phone your host before arrival. If you have more than one dog, please phone your host before or after booking to check whether this is possible. When booking online, if the price is not listed separately and added to the booking confirmation, the surcharge per dog must be paid separately on arrival.
tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
