Quietly situated between Hohenaschau Castle and the Kampenwand with a beautiful view of the forest and mountains. The holiday flat is part of a very well-maintained house, in the usual Bavarian style with a wood-panelled balcony. Playing facilities for children through small playground and cul-de-sac/play street. Own washing machine in the large washing cellar, available free of charge. Space for bicycles, toys, skis and sledges in the underground garage. Cot and high chair available on request, bicycle cellar and storage space in front of the house.Please enquire if you have pets!
Very comfortably furnished, spacious, quiet non-smoking holiday flat, 75 sqm on the 2nd floor. Beautiful east-facing balcony with morning sun and view of the forest and mountains. Two separate, bright bedrooms, one with access to the balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two beds that can either be made into a double bed or two single beds. The bright bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer. In the living room, in addition to an HD TV, there are two sofas that can also be pulled out for sleeping. The spacious living room invites you to linger even in bad weather. The windows provide plenty of light. There are plenty of games and books. From the living room you can also access the balcony, which is equipped with cosy balcony furniture and a parasol. Next to it is a spacious corner bench with a large extendable dining table that comfortably seats 6 - 8 people. The open kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, etc.. There is a washing machine in the large laundry room. Baby cot and cot can be provided on request.
