Our former farm is situated in a quiet location at the foot of the Kampenwand in the district of Hub. You have a magnificent view of Hohenaschau Castle and the mountains. An ideal location to relax. In just a few minutes by car you can reach all the excursion destinations in the village, such as Hohenaschau Castle, the falconry, the Kampenwand cable car and the village centre with its shops and restaurants. The centre of Aschau im Chiemgau with its train station is about 20 minutes away, the Kampenwand cable car and various restaurants are about 10 minutes away on foot. Numerous and beautiful valley and mountain hiking trails from the front door, there is something for every condition. You can easily explore excursion destinations by car in the entire area, whether to Lake Chiemsee, the entire Chiemgau region with its Alpine roads, Munich or Salzburg.

The 45 sqm non-smoking holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of the house with a south-facing balcony and an extra entrance via an outside staircase. Small separate kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic cooker with oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Living room with cosy corner bench for eating and sitting, couch, flat-SAT-TV and free WLAN. Separate bedroom with double bed. TV connection in the living room and bedroom, TV can be set up as desired. Bathroom with bathtub, shower/WC and hairdryer.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
