Description

The Gschwendtnerhof is located in the Hintergschwendt high valley at the foot of the Kampenwand and is accessible by car all year round. Nestled in idyllic nature, surrounded by meadows and forests, there are numerous opportunities for hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking, as well as impressive views of the mountains and Lake Chiemsee, the "Bavarian Sea". Hintergschwendt is a quiet district of the municipality of Aschau i.Chiemgau. In 1984, the Gschwendtnerhof was rebuilt as a holiday complex with 26 holiday flats.In the basement: sauna, coin-operated washing machine, coin-operated dryer, storage room and drying room/ski room, communal lounge with table tennis, table football, play corner and seating.Sufficient parking spaces available. Only one dog is allowed in each flat.

Comfortable, bright, single-storey, non-smoking holiday flat 55 sqm on the ground floor. Living/sleeping room with cosy dining area, pull-out sofa bed 1.40 x 2 m, telephone, free WLAN and flat-screen satellite TV. Extra bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Extra kitchen with microwave and 4-plate cooker with oven. Bathroom with shower/bathtub and hairdryer. Separate WC in the flat. Nice terrace with garden furniture. Bed linen and towels available. Only one dog is allowed in the flat.
