Quiet location with magnificent mountain views of the Kampenwand and the Zellerhorn. Ten minutes' walk to the centre of Aschau im Chiemgau to various restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakery, butcher's shop and to the railway station with bus stop. You can also reach the orthopaedic children's clinic in just 10 minutes on foot. We have a fitness room, sauna (small fee), washing machine and dryer in the house. Ideal starting point for beautiful walks along the mountain river Prien or for hiking tours in the surrounding mountains. There is a reserved parking space for your car in front of the house.

Spacious and tastefully furnished living and dining room with seating area for watching TV, TV, free Wi-Fi and a large table for dining, a bright bay window with round table invites you to sit together. Fully equipped extra kitchen with all electrical appliances and dishwasher. An extra bedroom with double bed and a reading room with desk and retractable bed. Two bathrooms: 1x with bath, bidet and WC and 1x with shower/WC and hairdryer. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
