Our holiday flat is centrally located in Hohenaschau, in the stately building of the former brewery. With parking spaces at the house, restaurants in the direct neighbourhood and the Kampenwand cable car within walking distance, this stylish and cosy domicile offers many amenities. In one of the most beautiful skiing and hiking regions of Bavaria, close to the Bavarian sea - the Chiemsee.The Hohenaschau district is close to the centre of Aschau im Chiemgau. The tourist resort is overlooked by the 1669-metre-high Kampenwand (Chiemgau Alps) and the 12th-century Hohenaschau Castle in the middle of the Priental valley. Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are just a few steps away. The wonderful location at the foot of the Alps between Munich and Salzburg offers a wide range of leisure activities, both in winter and summer: skiing, hiking, sailing, cycling, golf and much more.
We warmly welcome you to our holiday flat Kampenwand-Loft in Hohenaschau in direct proximity to the Kampenwand cable car and Hohenauschau Castle. We have lovingly prepared a stylish and cosy holiday flat for you. The flat and the building were completely renovated in 2012/2013. A beautiful combination of a representative and venerable old building and modern furnishings. 88 sqm living space, modern loft in listed building with large living-dining room, open kitchen and gallery with sleeping area and desk, dressing room, modern bathroom with tub, rain shower and shower wall, second WC, flat-screen TV, radio-CD-audio system, free W-LAN. Fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sink, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven. The bathroom has modern tiling and is equipped with a bathtub with rain shower and hand shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet, vanity unit, towel radiator, WC and washing machine with dryer. A hairdryer is of course available. Living room: spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. The furnishings include a sofa bed (lying surface 1.20 x 2.00 m), dining table with chairs, chests of drawers, floor lamps, ceiling lights, flat-screen TV and radio/CD. Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), bedside tables and desk corner. Dressing room with shelves and clothes racks.
