Description

The Gschwendtnerhof is located in the Hintergschwendt high valley at the foot of the Kampenwand and is accessible by car all year round. Nestled in idyllic nature, surrounded by meadows and forests, there are numerous opportunities for hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking, as well as impressive views of the mountains and Lake Chiemsee, the "Bavarian Sea". Hintergschwendt is a quiet district of the municipality of Aschau i.Chiemgau. In 1984, the Gschwendtnerhof was rebuilt as a holiday complex with 26 holiday flats.In the basement: sauna, coin-operated washing machine, coin-operated tumble dryer, storage room and drying room/ski room, communal lounge with table tennis, table football, play corner and seating. Sufficient parking spaces available.Pets and a dog may be brought along for an extra charge.

Cosy maisonette 56 sqm with east-facing balcony on the 1st floor. Open gallery flat with stairs: On the gallery there is a bunk bed for two persons (not lockable) and a bedroom (lockable) with double bed and a baby cot/crib with surround for small children up to 2 years. Living/sleeping room with pull-out sofa bed for one person (1.40 m wide), flat-screen satellite TV, radio, telephone and free Wi-Fi. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Bathroom with hairdryer, shower/bathtub/WC and additional WC in the flat. Bed linen and towels available. Pets and a dog may be brought along for an extra charge.
