This tastefully furnished flat combines comfort, style and cosiness and leaves nothing to be desired. The flat impresses with its high-quality wooden floors, which not only create a warm and pleasant ambience, but also ensure a healthy indoor climate.
A special highlight of this accommodation is its ground-level and barrier-free furnishing, which makes it ideal for couples as well as for families with children or senior citizens. You don't have to worry about stairs or steps, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.The spacious living room offers a pull-out couch (sleeping possibility for 1 person), flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a cosy dining table where you can enjoy meals together.
The open design creates a pleasant living atmosphere with a passage to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and a seating area to feel comfortable. The flat has a separate bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm. The bathroom is modern and functionally designed and has a WC as well as a level shower, which is also easily accessible for people with limited mobility.
The spacious terrace of the holiday flat offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape as well as the nearby castle, smoking is welcome on the terrace. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
