Description
This apartment is in Großdeuben, just a short distance to the south of the city of Leipzig.
The former annex on this large site surrounded by greenery was converted to residential use in 1999. The two-storey building offers two apartments with modern furnishing to let, which were extensively renovated in 2011.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, whereby those in the larger bedroom can also be joined together as a double bed. The bathroom has a WC and a shower, as well as a hairdryer. The little kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and two-ring hob, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining room can seat six people. The living room provides a sofa bed for two people and a TV corner with digital satellite TV, a DVD player and a Playstation 2.
In Großdeuben you can find a little supermarket (Konsum), a bakery and a hairdresser, otherwise it is very quiet and tranquil and invites you to go on long strolls through the beautifully renovated Jugendstil villas and the Pleißedamm. It is about a 15-minute walk to the Gaschwitz S-Bahn stop.
