Description

The light, cosy and inviting, non-smoking, three-star holiday apartment is located very centrally in a quiet location. Haus Lily includes two further holiday apartments of different standards, sizes and amenities. The apartment was fitted with a new kitchen in 2014 and the other rooms were freshly painted. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with a convection oven for pizza, a kettle, coffee machine, pads coffee machine, toaster, mixer, egg boiler, cookware and tableware. The living room provides a two-seater and a three-seater sofa with a table, a standing lamp, an 80cm flatscreen TV with digital satellite channels and a DVD player. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 180cm) with adjustable slatted frames, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200cm) with an adjustable slatted frame, a bedside table and a wardrobe. The living room and the bedrooms are laid with laminate, while the bathroom is tiled. Wireless Internet access is available. Please note that for occupancy with three people, access to the bathroom is only possible through the first bedroom. There is a balcony facing south-west with a table and two garden chairs, looking out over the garden. There is a grill corner for leisurely evenings, for the use of all apartments. There are parking spaces right by the house. Bicycles can be parked in a lockable garage. The beach and the centre are within easy walking distance, about 10-15 minutes.
