Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in the heart of Bad Aibling! You will stay with us in modern and bright vacation apartments with spacious south-facing balconies, all of which offer a wonderful view of the spa gardens. Although you are in the middle of the city, it is pleasantly quiet with us due to the rear offset location. The train station, tourist information, cinema, spa, bakery and many other stores and restaurants are within walking distance. You can park your car in our own parking lot and start exploring the city on foot, e.g. the ice cream parlor, which is just around the corner. Washing machine/dryer for a fee. In all apartments separate sleeping is possible and if you want to accommodate more people, we can combine two apartments into one large one. You then rent a whole floor (75 sqm) for yourself! Our jewel above the roofs of Bad Aibling! In apartment 5 (2nd floor 50 sqm) you can enjoy a unique view of the spa gardens from the spacious south-facing balcony (12 sqm). Two sun loungers allow pure relaxation and on the dining area you can have a wonderful breakfast. The apartment offers all comfort due to its new furnishing. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (solid wood beds with high-quality hygienic mattresses), a living room with a sofa and a relax couch, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine) with a dining table and a barrier-free bathroom. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, design wooden floor, comfort ventilation, flat screen TV (satellite), W-LAN (free of charge), stereo, safe, hairdryer as well as bed linen and sufficient dish towels and towels. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Apartment 5 can be rented together with apartment 6. You then rent a whole floor (84 sqm) and have only one entrance door due to the special floor plan.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of EUR 2,50 per person/night for adults, children up to 16 years are exempt.
