Volkmarsen is 9km from Bad Arolsen. The Hörle area is 6km from the centre of Volkmarsen, right by the edge of a forest on a cul-de-sac. The balcony outside provides garden furniture with a parasol and sun chairs. There is a free private parking space as well as a payable garage. The site is partially open and partially fenced. Haus Eichhölzchen lies at 300 metres above sea level. There are two access roads, one of which takes you conveniently right to the house, usually gritted in winter. The inviting, comfortable, friendly apartment measures 70m² and is equipped with an LCD TV (cable channels), a stereo system and a terrace facing south-west, which cannot be looked into, so you can sunbathe undisturbed or listen to the twittering of birds. The living room features Chinese furniture. There is a fully-equipped kitchen-diner with a dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer. You can watch TV from the comfortable double bed or from the armchairs in the bedroom, with antique soft wood furniture.
