The house is in the idyllically situated Bad Bayersoien am See, in the alpine foothills of the Ammergau Alps, between Füssen and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, nestled into fragrant meadows and indigenous forests, surrounded by churches (Wieskirche) and castles (Linderhof, Neuschwanstein). The lake Soier See is right nearby, a natural lake that invites you to go walking and swimming.
The big garden with a lawn, grill area and Mediterranean sun terrace invites you to relax. Deckchairs and parasols are available free of charge.
This apartment of around 32m² is on the ground floor and is for a maximum of 2 people. It has a living and sleeping room with a double bed and sitting corner, and a separate kitchen with a dining corner. It is rustic and fully equipped, with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery, as well as a microwave, egg boiler, toaster, bread machine, coffee machine, kettle, oven. A radio-CD player, bed linen and towels (changed on request), a colour TV, central heating, a telephone are provided. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. There is a free car parking space by the house, with a garage available on request for a fee.
