The cottages are located on the outskirts of the village in a well-kept, natural environment.
Three vacation homes with loggia belong to the vacation home complex - garden furniture is also not missing, an in-house parking lot, a large playground and sunbathing lawn with children's playground, a covered barbecue area with barbecue fireplace and cozy rustic furnished lounge, the "Wisentbar".
Of course, there is also a washing and drying room with washing machine and dryer at your disposal - of course, everything included!

Vacation accommodation in picturesque Elsoff, a district of the town of Bad Berleburg in the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein. You can expect a cozy vacation cottage with an open kitchen/dining and living area, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Enjoy the sun on your own terrace. Children and dogs are welcome and the property offers plenty of opportunities to let off steam.

Towels and bed linen are of course provided. We are happy to provide you with a baby crib and a high chair.

Your vacation home has a WLAN internet connection. Free parking is located directly on the property.

Check-in from 15:00
Check-out until 11:00

Access to the accommodation:
For access to your cottage, you will receive an access code for the duration of your stay approximately 1 week before arrival to your specified email address.

Pets:
There is a charge of 2,5€ per day for your pet.

Conditions and extras
In case of unannounced no-show on the day of arrival, the rental price is due in full and will not be refunded.
Announced late arrivals do not entitle to a (pro rata) refund of the rental price. The same applies to earlier departures.
Cancellation up to one month before the beginning of the rental period is free of charge; any deposit will be refunded in this case.
Cancellations less than 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before the beginning of the rental period are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks up to 1 week before the beginning of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price.
If the booking is cancelled less than 1 week before the start of the rental period, 90 % of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee.
If the rental property can be rented to another party, the cancellation fee is reduced to 20% of the rental price.

Terms of payment:
Bank transfer or payment via Paypal 4 weeks before arrival.
