Our house is located in a very quiet but central residential area and offers two apartments with separate living rooms and bedrooms and spacious bathrooms (including bathrobes and hairdryer). Both apartments have a balcony. You will find parking spaces directly in front of the house.

The apartment on the upper floor has 50sqm and is perfectly suitable for 1-2 people. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The spacious kitchen-living room consists of a dining area, couch and kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, as well as table and kitchen linen leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower/WC, bathrobes and hairdryer completes the overall picture. A special highlight is the great view you can enjoy from your balcony. Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking spaces can be found directly in front of the house. The apartment is located in Bad Birnbach, just a few minutes away from the Rottal Terme and the Bella Vista Golf Park.

Accommodation price incl. VAT and plus visitor's tax of EUR 2.90 per person per night.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the total price.
