The modern living room-kitchen includes a fully-equipped built-in kitchen, with a dishwasher, an oven, a four-zone hob, a coffee machine, a microwave and a toaster for convenient self-catering. There is a dining table with three high-backed chairs next to the kitchen unit for dining together. You can relax on the leather sofa after a day trip. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV provides entertainment. The bathroom is fitted with a barrier-free shower, a WC and a washbasin, a towel radiator and a hairdryer. A washing machine-dryer is available. The apartment is heated throughout with under-floor heating and also has external blinds on all the windows.
