Description
This detached bungalow enjoys a quiet location by the edge of a forest on a residential estate. The house was built in 1965 and last renovated in 2017.
It provides an ample living space of around 46m² for two adults and two children. The living room provides a corner sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV and a nice fireplace for colder days. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge compartment, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. There is a dining table with chairs in the hallway. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide and a bunk bed for two people 90cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine for free use and a hairdryer. All the rooms in the house have heating, except the kitchen.
The large site has been divided by the owner with a fence, so that it stands alone on around 800m². A terrace awaits you outside with garden furniture. Cars can be parked on two private outdoor car parking spaces free of charge. A maximum of two pets are welcome.
Please note that the house is non-smoking. From autumn 2019 you can book the newly built sauna in addition.
Bad Elster with its new brine pool, many spa treatments and a grocery shop is just 3km away. The nearest centre with a train station is 800 metres away.
