The family-run bed and breakfast is located in the middle of the charming landscape of the Chiemgau, with a view of the Simssee and the mountains and is adjacent to the Chiemgau Thermen and the spa gardens with the openly accessible Kneipbecken and the Orangerie with herb garden and the colorful parks. The town center with the train station and the Munich-Salzburg line and the bus station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The Eggstätter-Hemhofer lake district, Lake Simssee and Lake Chiemsee can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Signposted bike and hiking trails lead directly past the house and accompany you across the Simsseemoos landscape conservation area. Wonderful hiking trails pass directly by the house and invite you to take long walks and if you want to do something for your health, you are in the best care in the nearby Chiemgau Thermen.

All apartments have a balcony and a wonderful view of the Simssee the mountains and the nearby Chiemgautherme with Simsseeklinik. The rooms have shower/WC, kitchenette, telephone, TV, free WLAN, table, chairs and a couch. There is also a full-length mirror, a closet and a closet with coat hooks and shelves. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery, stovetops, refrigerator with icebox, kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a mirror, heated towel rack with towels and a hair dryer. The balcony is equipped with parasol, seating with table and chairs, clothes horse and deck chairs for sunbathing. For the cold season there is a central heating. For darkening, there are shutters on the windows and balcony doors.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 7-16 years: € 0.75. Children from 0 to 6 years free (valid until 31.12.24). Pick-up service from the train station by arrangement, disc mattress, free bed linen and towels for the house, no pets. Our apartments can also be booked with breakfast on request and for an additional charge. Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

Attention from 01.01.2025 a new spa fee applies for the whole of Bad Endorf: The daily fee for individuals is € 2.00. For families, the first and second person each pay € 2.00 per day and € 1.00 for the third person. No spa fee is charged for each additional family member. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Persons with a degree of disability of 100 and a proven accompanying person are also free of charge.
