Garden room - surrounded by plants and nature! This bright and cozy 1-room apartment has its own separate terrace area. Like all our apartments, the "Garden Room" has a separate apartment entrance. The secluded bathroom has a shower. The living and sleeping area is a single room, with the kitchen in the front part, sleeping and living in the back part, from there is also the access to the terrace.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of € 1.30 per person/night for adults. Children from 7-16 years: € 0.65. Children from 0 to 6 years free (valid until 31.12.24). Withdrawal by the tenant: The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract at any time. Please do so in writing (letter or e-mail). However, in the event of non-arrival, the following portions of the total price will be due:Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 20 % of the rental priceCancellation 59 days to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental priceCancellation 29 to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental priceFrom 13 days before the start of the rental period or non-arrival: 90 % of the rental price.

Attention from 01.01.2025 a new spa fee applies for the whole of Bad Endorf: The daily fee is € 2.00 for individuals. For families, the first and second person each pay € 2.00 per day and € 1.00 for the third person. No spa fee is charged for each additional family member. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Persons with a degree of disability of 100 and a proven accompanying person are also free of charge.
