The Kirmeier Hof is located on a hill above Bad Endorf. From our well-kept farm with dairy cows and petting animals you have a magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains. Ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding area, or to visit the Chiemgau thermal baths (1 km). Many leisure activities such as: Cycling, swimming, boating, surfing, sailing, mountain hiking and horseback riding possible nearby. The farm area is very spacious and tastefully landscaped with many colorful flowers and plants at and around the house. Enjoy beautiful summer evenings at the campfire or barbecue at our lookout pavilion. At the house there is a covered outdoor seating area and a playground with a lawn for sunbathing. (sun loungers available). Our 3 vacation apartments are located in the Zuhäusl (a separate house next to the farm). All apartments have a separate entrance and are exclusively furnished. Special emphasis was placed on a healthy living environment.

The cozy vacation apartment "Löwenzahn" offers individuals or couples a comfortable and quiet vacation on our farm. Its large balcony with a view of the meadow and forest invites you to linger and relax. Many healthy, natural building materials provide a pleasant living climate.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 7-15 years: € 0.75. Children from 0 to 6 years free (valid until 31.12.24). Children welcome (children's discount), playroom, play equipment for young and old. Farm products, bread roll service, dishwasher, guest washing machine (use € 3.00), non-smoking apartment, bicycle shed, pets on request. The booking amount is due on arrival.

Attention from 01.01.2025 a new spa fee applies for the whole of Bad Endorf: The daily fee for individuals is € 2.00. For families, the first and second person each pay € 2.00 per day and € 1.00 for the third person. No spa fee is charged for each additional family member. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Persons with a degree of disability of 100 and a proven accompanying person are also free of charge.
