They are all on the first floor. The apartments either have a balcony or use of the garden. Each apartment has a free parking space. The quiet locality in the lovely Lower Bavarian cultural landscape of the Rottal thermal baths triangle is characterised by warm hospitality and friendly people. The house is only about 4km from Bad Füssing and about a kilometre from the beautiful Innauen. There are shopping facilities about 5km away. There are countless leisure activities in the area, such as a visit to one of the three thermal baths, an outdoor pool, lakes, a golf course, minigolf and pit-pat, cycle tours, hikes, various restaurants etc.
