Welcome to Unterulpointhof!Our organic farm is located on the outskirts of Litzldorf, directly at the foot of the Sulzberg, with a wonderful view of the Inn valley. Of course, you can also relax on our sunbathing lawn and watch the goings-on on our farm. Children can let off steam in the playground with pedal cars, mountain go-karts or table tennis and experience interesting things about the farm with our animals. Two two-bedroom holiday flats are available in the main house and in the newly built holiday home. We offer our guests an ambience that makes holidays on a farm a relaxing experience.

Fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher, built-in cooker and oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, 2 bedrooms, children's room with bunk beds, shower, WC. The flat 55 m2 is on the 2nd floor in the farmhouse with balcony. Bed linen and towels are provided. On our Naturland-certified farm, sustainability is a top priority. We heat with our own firewood and generate electricity with a CO2-neutral hydroelectric power plant.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 1.20 per person/night for adults. Children from 14 to 17 years: 0,80 €. Children from 0 to 13 years: 0,00 €. For a stay of one night, half of the respective spa fee is due.
