Our house, in a quiet southern location at the foot of the Wendelstein, invites you to enjoy your spa or holiday stay in a relaxed atmosphere. The ideal location of our flats, a 3-minute walk to the centre of the village, hiking and cycling trails starting directly at the house, as well as the thermal spa in Bad Aibling, accessible by free bus, will also inspire you. Dogs are welcome in our three ground floor flats Hochries, Auerberg and Sulzberg.

2-4 persons, 50m², attic, living room with couch set, TV, radio with Bluetooth, W-LAN free of charge, kitchen in the hallway, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery for 4 persons, bedroom with double bed, sofa bed in the living room suitable for 2 persons, shower with WC, hairdryer, west-facing balcony with a view of the nearby Aubach and a table and 2 chairs.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 1.70 per person/night for adults.
Children from 14 to 17 years: 1,20 €. Children from 0 to 13 years: 0,00 €.
For a stay of one night, half of the respective spa fee is due.
