The Wendelstein and Sudelfeld ski areas are 25 km away. Cross-country skiing trails after 7 km or 1 km, depending on snow conditions. For tobogganing, you are welcome to borrow a toboggan from us free of charge.

The completely newly equipped holiday flat is located on the ground floor of our lovingly renovated house. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, a bed-sit room with flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a spacious terrace in our well-kept garden. We are close to the centre of town, but still in a quiet location, directly on the Osterbach stream and in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool. As long-time landlords with numerous regular guests, we would be pleased to welcome you in a family atmosphere. Breakfast is available for an extra charge.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 1.70 per person/night for adults.
Children from 14 to 17 years: 1,20 €. Children from 0 to 13 years: 0,00 €.
For a stay of one night, half of the respective spa fee is due.
