Description

In the "Haus Alpenruhe" you live quietly (dead-end street) and nevertheless very centrally in the Bad Reichenhall city center/spa zone 1. Our well-kept pedestrian zones, the attractive spa park, as well as the "Kurmittelhaus der Moderne" can be reached within a few minutes on foot, the Rupertustherme in about 8 minutes on foot or also comfortably with the free city bus. Our four vacation apartments are cozy and comfortably equipped (large balconies, cable TV, telephone, W-Lan, hairdryer, all 2-room apartments have a dishwasher). Out of consideration for the following guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Of course, there is no objection to smoking on the covered balconies. Our garden invites you to restful relaxation. Your car is parked directly at the house. Our guests traveling by train will be picked up at the station. You are welcome to us at any time of the year!

In the flat you will find a spacious living room with balcony, a dining area in the south-facing bay window, 2 comfortable TV chairs (adjustable in reclining position) and coffee table, living room cupboard, TV, telephone, W-Lan, a self-contained kitchen with crockery, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and bathroom (shower/WC) with window, hairdryer, hallway with wardrobe. The flat is on the mezzanine floor (5 steps). Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
