The house is situated in a quiet and sunny residential area in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone, the spa and congress centre, the spa garden with graduation house and various food markets in the spa zone 1 of Bad Reichenhall. In only a few walking minutes you can reach our spa houses and the associated facilities.

Our non-smoking flat Predigtstuhl No. 3055 on the 3rd floor is easily accessible by lift. The flat is comfortably and cosily furnished in country style with alder solid wood furniture. There are two beds in the large wall unit (4.50 m). Clothes and linen cupboard, TV and cable TV. A cosy corner bench group makes you feel at home. From the large balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountains. The bathroom has a bathtub and 2 washbasins, toilet and bidet. The new kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with baking trolley and ceramic hob, as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Internet access/WLAN guaranteed.
