Description

On the Mühlbach, in the green suburb of Weißbach in Bad Reichenhall, very close to Salzburg, this sunny, friendly and stylish accommodation offers plenty of space and good parking facilities. Ideal for families, travel groups or temporary "WGs". Idyllically situated, very quiet, yet close to beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding area - and just "around the corner" from the popular "Obermühle" excursion pub and the award-winning Neumeier bakery. Free parking is available in front of the house. The bus stop "Weißbach Obermühle" of the bus line 1 to the town centre (Predigtstuhlbahn, Rathausplatz, Kurgastzentrum, train station), as well as to the Staufenbrücke and to the swimming pool is right behind the house (200m) at the restaurant "Obermühle".

Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guests themselves. "Am Mühlbach" is a beautiful, sunny, very high quality furnished, stylish and quiet holiday flat, located just outside Bad Reichenhall, very close to Salzburg, between the Mühlbach and the Weißbach at the rushing water, very nice in the green and with mountain view from the sunny balcony (left). You can reach the Mozart city of Salzburg with the bishop's castle Hellbrunn (water games) in a few minutes toll-free via the B 21/Austrian B1. Directly behind the house, in about 1 minute walking distance is the popular excursion restaurant "Obermühle", which is listed on Google Maps as "the best inn in the Bad Reichenhall area. Excellent cuisine, meat, fish, poultry from own breeding, loving presentation of the dishes - the eye eats with you - and very good service". Our holiday flat is completely modern and equipped to a high standard with shower, bathtub, double washbasin and separate (shower) WC, as well as a washer-dryer (which is a washing machine and dryer in one) in the flat (bathroom). In the brand new fitted kitchen you will also find a cosy breakfast sitting area (bench, table, chairs), dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and hand mixer are available. The holiday flat has 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with a 2-person bunk bed plus a single bed and a nice, large and bright living room with corner sofa and additional, pull-out day bed (max. 2 more sleeping places). In the hallway you have a large dining area with two corner benches and large table. In the living room there is a telephone connection with free internet access (also WLAN; unfortunately sometimes slow as in the whole area) and telephone flat rate within Germany (abroad blocked), a large LED flat screen TV with Full-HD and Smart-TV (internet) as well as a mini stereo system. On the covered balcony/loggia you look straight ahead at the babbling Mühlbach and to the left at the Predigtstuhl, Bad Reichenhall's local mountain. You can relax on the wooden balcony furniture. The garden may also be used (lawn for sunbathing). Salt, sugar, tea, coffee, kitchen rolls, soap and toilet paper are available. Please bring your own towels and bed linen. The entire flat is a non-smoking flat and shoe-free (please remove shoes at the entrance).
