The house is located in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, within walking distance you can reach the centre as well as the greenery, the directly neighbouring spa garden, parks and the Saalachauen. Should you wish to experience Bad Reichenhall from above, the local mountains are also within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the nearby city centre.

We rent out a 92 sqm two-room flat on the mezzanine floor of an old villa in spa zone 1 of the holiday and recreation resort of Bad Reichenhall. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, the flat offers a balcony to the south side with a view of the garden as well as the local mountains of the city. Another large balcony faces the east side with a view of the Predigtstuhl. On the balconies you can enjoy the sun in the morning as well as in the afternoon and evening. A large garden belongs to the villa, which is also available for use. Parking spaces for cars and parking spaces for bicycles are available on the property. The host family lives in the villa, so Verena can be contacted personally or by phone.
