Quiet, central location, modern furnishings. Our holiday flats are quietly located in the centre of Bad Reichenhall on a dead-end street, you will spend your holiday here undisturbed by traffic and hustle and bustle and yet you are right in the middle of the action. The pedestrian zone with many shopping opportunities and many restaurants, health resorts and the spa garden with graduation house, Wandelhalle and music pavilion can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The RupertusTherme and the historic old town with Florianiplatz are also within walking distance. From the south-west balcony you have a magnificent panoramic view of the entire Reichenhall valley basin and the grandiose surrounding mountains and can see as far as the castle ruins of Karlstein. Hiking trails start directly in front of the house. You can easily reach the holiday flats by lift, which also takes you to your parking space in the underground garage. The underground parking space costs € 5 per day. On each floor there is a washing machine room with dryer, in the basement there are bicycle rooms, a ski room and a trolley to borrow. The house is looked after and maintained by a caretaker.

The holiday flat was renovated in 2016, equipped with a bright, new, comfortable kitchen and furnished in a modern and friendly way. The spacious living and sleeping room contains a natural wood bed with 2 mattresses 90x200 and a sleeping couch with a lying surface 2x70x200. The seating area with couch, upholstered armchair and cable TV invite you to linger. There is certainly enough space for your clothes in the wardrobe. At the dining table you can sit comfortably and enjoy your meals with a view of the city and the mountains. A high-quality Tretford carpet completes the furnishings. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are of course available free of charge. The window front was completely renewed in 2021 and equipped with triple glazing and electric control, partly with fly screens. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, built-in oven with integrated microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hand mixer). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub including shower rod, WC, bidet and washbasin, a large mirror, many shelves and a hairdryer are also available. On the south-west-facing balcony, table, chairs and a deck chair invite you to linger. An awning serves as sun protection. Washing machine, dryer and rubbish disposal are available on the floor. The entrance area with bathroom and kitchen are separated from the living/sleeping area by an intermediate door.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are exclusive visitor's tax in the amount of 3,50 EUR per person/night for adults, children under 18 years are exempt. Detailed information about the visitor's tax can be found on the Bad Reichenhall website. The underground parking space costs € 8 per day.
