Description
The lovingly furnished holiday flat (43sqm) with its own sun terrace (20sqm) is located in our newly built detached house (first-time occupancy February 2020) in Schwarzbach/ Marzoll in a rural housing estate in a sunny, quiet location with a wonderful mountain panorama. Schwarzbach is located between Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. The town centre of Bad Reichenhall and the Austrian border are only about four kilometres away. There are very good bus and train connections to the various excursion destinations and sights. The bus stop for the Reichenhall city bus - line 1 with a stop at Bad Reichenhall main station - is located directly in front of the house. The bus stop for the bus to the nearby Mozart city of Salzburg with its diverse cultural offerings is only about 200 m away. Two e-bikes can be rented for a fee.
The comfortably furnished two-room flat (43m²) with sun terrace (20m²) is located in our newly built detached house (first occupancy February2020). Living room: A new, well-equipped fitted kitchenette is integrated into the living room. Kitchen equipment: Stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender, egg boiler, toaster, various dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, dish sponge and kitchen towels, hoover; A cosy dining table with four chairs invites you to linger. The sofa can be used as a third sleeping accommodation if required (sofa bed with slatted frame). The flat is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and a CD player with USB, MP3 and radio. WLAN is available free of charge. Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside table, a farmhouse wardrobe and a mirror. Bed linen is provided. If required, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Bathroom: The spacious bathroom is bright and friendly due to its large window. It is equipped with a shower. Hairdryer, make-up mirror and clothes horse are available. Shower and hand towels are provided. Outside: The parking spaces are directly in front of the house. A barrier-free path leads from the car park to the entrance of the holiday flat (partially handicapped accessible). A sheltered garden bench invites you to relax in front of the front door. Eight steps (terrace not barrier-free) lead to the sun terrace (20m²) belonging to the holiday flat. From here you have a fantastic view of the Fuderheuberg and the Staufen. Enjoy your dinner in front of this magnificent backdrop or relax on the two sun loungers.
