Description

The charming Art Nouveau villa from 1898 is in an exquisite location, not far from the Royal Spa Garden, the Kurmittelhaus, the RupertusTherme, the pedestrian zone and other "highlights" of the city with Seventy Fountains. Three holiday flats (TOP 1-3) are available on the 1st floor of Villa Bariole. Guests are offered very friendly and brightly designed living with spacious balconies with lounge seating groups. Each holiday flat has an assigned guest parking space. The most important cultural, sports, leisure and health facilities as well as the railway station are within easy walking distance. The villa is located directly on Frühlingstraße in a traffic-calmed zone with a ban on vehicles driving at night and offers its guests peaceful sleep and relaxation. The owner Christian Steiner warmly welcomes his guests.

The charming flat on the 1st floor is easily accessible via a beautiful wooden staircase with window in the intermediate landing in Villa Bariole. It is well suited for max. 3 persons (possibly in exceptional cases also 1 child or teenager). The holiday flat - TOP 3 (47 sqm) with west-facing balcony (afternoon sun), is a non-smoking flat, bright, friendly and lovingly designed, has a living/bedroom with single bed, dining table and small glass table for making coffee and tea as well as crockery and wardrobe. The bed has a pull-out drawer with mattress (spare bed), which can provide additional sleeping accommodation for another person (child or teenager). This is only possible in consultation with the host! Furthermore, the flat has a north-west facing bedroom with double bed, as well as a small hallway with mini kitchen located within the flat. Both rooms offer balcony access, shower/WC, flat-screen TV with satellite reception, Internet/WLAN connection, radio, wall-mounted wardrobe, as well as a diverse lighting concept for a feeling of well-being. The flat including the balcony (with lounge seating area) faces the street with beautiful trees, invites you to linger and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. Due to the night driving ban for all motorised vehicles, a corresponding night's rest is given. The mini-kitchen is well equipped, has a small sink, large fridge with freezer compartment, magnetic resonance hotplate with 2 hobs with associated cookware, microwave, coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, glasses and all other relevant items. However, due to the small work surfaces, the cooking facilities are rather limited to the preparation of "quick meals" and are only conditionally suitable for "cooking actions of larger families"! Guests can get fresh pastries at a nearby bakery within walking distance.
