Welcome to the Grüßer holiday flat! The newly renovated and newly furnished bright flat is centrally located in a quiet side street with a view of the Predigtstuhl, Untersberg and Sleeping Witch. The town centre, train station, Rupertustherme spa and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. The spa park, the graduation house, the Kurmittelhaus der Moderne, the pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants and small shops will delight you. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony in the sun. A parking space is reserved for you. You can safely store your bicycles in a lockable cellar compartment. We look forward to welcoming you to our house.

Our cozy apartment is located on the second floor. You have a magnificent view of the mountains from the cozy dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator , sink and all kitchen utensils. The apartment is equipped with a natural oak wood floor. In the living room there is a 55 inch TV on the wall. On the box spring bed head and footboard is electrically height adjustable. In the bathroom there is a shower and toilet. A coin-operated washing machine with dryer is located in the house. You can safely store your bicycles in a lockable cellar compartment.
