The open living-dining area has a corner couch and a dining area with a bench and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee machine. The flat has 2 bathrooms. Of these, the guest bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a bath with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a box spring bed, a farmhouse wardrobe and a TV. In-wall radios with speakers are available in all rooms. The terrace invites you to linger. There is also a lockable storage box here. Your car is parked in the underground garage with duplex parking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
