Concerts are held regularly in the Kurgarten or the adjoining Rotunda. All of this can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Ideal for relaxing or for a social gathering. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat is the English "Mikes Urban Pub", which offers delicious food as well as 100 types of whisky. The holiday flat Schwan offers exceptional comfort and a cosy atmosphere. Our holiday flat with terrace is 60sqm in size. The open living-dining area has a corner couch and a dining area with a bench and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee machine. The flat has 2 bathrooms. Of these, the guest bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a bath with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a box spring bed, a farmhouse wardrobe and a TV. In-wall radios with speakers are available in all rooms. The terrace invites you to linger. There is also a lockable storage box here. Your car is parked in the underground garage with duplex parking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
