This stately commercial and residential building from the second half of the 19th century is located in Kurzone I in Bad Reichenhall. Almost directly on the pedestrian zone and the Royal Spa Park with concert rotunda, Haus Unterberg is very centrally located. Many important facilities of the city are within a radius of one kilometre. A car parking space is available free of charge in the courtyard. In addition to the good excursion and hiking possibilities, the location is also predestined as accommodation for those interested in culture for events of the Bad Reichenhall Art Academy and the Bad Reichenhall Philharmonic Orchestra. The holiday flat "Haus Untersberg" is located on the 2nd floor in a multi-family house. It has approx. 73 m² of living space with three rooms, kitchen with dining area, hallway, shower/WC and balcony. It is ideal for 1 - 4 persons due to the 2 bedrooms. In bedroom 2 there is an additional office workspace, if necessary for a home office. The high rooms and large windows create a friendly and good indoor climate. The 180 x 200 cm box spring beds offer good sleeping comfort. Sufficient space for clothes and shoes is provided by the wardrobes and the coat rack. The fully equipped kitchen (kitchenette with fridge + freezer, electric cooker + oven, dishwasher) as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and the corresponding utensils have everything you need for self-catering. Fast WLAN is available in the flat. In the dining area there is an internet/DAB/radio (2.1 stereo) with CD player and in the living room a 58 inch (146,1 cm) flat screen Smart-TV. The bathroom is equipped with a soap dispenser and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. On the balcony there is garden furniture (table + 4 chairs) and in addition there is a wonderful view of the Reichenhaller mountains Staufen and Zwiesel. We are looking forward to your booking!
