The flat is located in the spa zone I and is therefore both quiet and centrally located. The town centre with its beautiful pedestrian zone, the RupertusTherme, the casino and the royal spa garden are all within walking distance. With the guest card you can use most of the buses and trains in Berchtesgadener Land free of charge. You can also travel to Salzburg free of charge with the Postbus. The bus stop for this is located directly at the Kurgastzentrum. From here you can also travel to Berchtesgaden, to the Königssee or to the Thumsee. We look forward to welcoming you with us!

The charming, spacious attic flat is lovingly and individually furnished and invites you to relax. The living room has a large sofa to relax on, which can also be used as an additional sleeping place. A TV, free wi-fi, a digital portable radio, various games and books ensure that boredom does not arise. The bedroom has a large double bed and, like the living room, offers direct access to the balcony, where the first cup of coffee in the morning or the last glass of wine in the evening can be fabulously enjoyed with a view of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, coffee machine, espresso pot, toaster and sufficient cookware. The spacious bathroom with window overlooking the mountains and garden has a bathtub with shower attachment, a sink and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The large garden of the house can also be used. There is a designated guest area there. A parking space in the property is available.
