Description
Our holiday house is on the “Bühberg”, exclusively with wooden houses (about 120) in a Harz cabin style, exuding an immediate holiday flair. Behind the settlement you can only find forests and meadows as far as the eye can see. If there is a requirement for a group of up to 9 people, our house right opposite can be booked in addition if available, which can also be found on this portal.Cabin classified as 5-star, in a beautiful location with a unique view into the distance, with a fireplace, an outdoor sauna and a roofed terrace
Outside you can find a garage and a roofed terrace with chairs and stools for 8 people. The outdoor area has been attractively designed with granite stairs and high-quality terrace flooring. There is also a barrel sauna in the garden, providing 4-5 people with wellness and relaxation, as well as being an eye-catching feature and affording an unforgettable view of the mountains.
The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony room, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen. The interior is new and modern, but still cosy. Everything, including the kitchen, the whole furnishing and the outdoor area, has been renovated. . A fireplace, Wi-Fi and a safe (up to 15” laptop) are provided. All the bedrooms and the living room each have a pivoting Full HD 40“ Smart TV.
From Barbis, you can enjoy great holiday activities within 50km. Nearby in Bad Lauterberg there is the Vitamar waves swimming pool, as well as a wide range of shops on Lauterberger Boulevard. St. Andreasberg offers you the summer luge and in winter the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg ski resort, as well as a climbing park. In the whole of the Harz area there are lovely hiking trails and much more. We have gathered plenty of information material for you.
The house is non-smoking. Pets are allowed, but note that they are not allowed on the sofa and in the beds. If beds/sofa/bed line are soiled or have dog hair on them, we will be forced to charge an additional cleaning fee. Please bring your own dog blankets and towels. The house was classified as five-star by the DTV in February 2017. The unique and beautiful view of the valley landscape around the Scharzfeld stone church convinced us to purchase this beautiful house and to convert it for holiday-makers. We totally gutted and renovated this gem throughout many months of detailed work, creating a beautiful property that is second to none.
