Description

This bungalow is five kilometres to the south of the Bodden town of Barth, in Wobbelkow, on a detached site. There is a roofed terrace right in front of the entrance door on the west side, with seating furniture, cushions and a grill. Several cars can be parked on site and there is a safe place to park bicycles. The bungalow with around 80m2 of living space can accommodate up to nine people and provides a big lounge on the south side with a dining table and highchair. The separate kitchen with built-in units is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, plenty of pans, a toaster, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. There are a total of four bedrooms: one on the south side with two single beds, one on the south side with a comfortable sofa bed, another on the north side with a big double bed. You need standard bed linen for all the beds (135 x 200cm, 80 x 80cm), as well as fitted sheets (100 x 200cm). The bungalow also has a bedroom on the north side with a double bunk bed (80 x 190cm), where a child’s bed can also be set up, to be notified in advance. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin. Wireless Internet access is available. It is exactly 20km to the Baltic Sea beach on the Darß peninsula. In bad weather you can go on a trip to the Hanseatic towns of Rostock and Stralsund. There are various shops in Barth, about 5km away. All the windows are fitted with insect screens. Pets are not allowed, in the interests of the next guests. The apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the roofed terrace. The owners live on the neighbouring site, where you can do laundry.
