"Welcome" to Gut Fallenstein! Our cosy country house in Bayerisch Gmain is situated in a quiet, sunny location and is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and relaxing holidays. A large sunbathing lawn, parking spaces in front of the house, a small playground and a bicycle cellar are available to our guests. Our holiday flats for 1 to 5 people all have a view of the beautiful mountains. The flats are all comfortably furnished and very well equipped.

This new generously designed holiday flat with south-facing balcony is located on the top floor. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large, cosy living room and a beautiful bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. This flat is ideal for families with children from 12 years or for guests who like to enjoy 2 bedrooms. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for children under 12!
