On the edge of the forest, on the banks of the Weißbach, a little away from the centre of Bayerisch Gmain, lies the Spechthäusl, a small house, but with spacious holiday flats for two to four people - all with balconies, furnished in a rustic, cosy style.

Our 64 sqm vacation apartment is located in the well-insulated attic, equipped with cozy and rustic beautiful furniture. The balcony facing east invites you to linger comfortably even on hot days. The living-bedroom has a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table. The additional bedroom also offers the possibility of separate sleeping for 2 people. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator incl. freezer, 4-plate stove, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom is with shower and toilet. Towels and WLAN we provide of course free of charge.
