The floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies offer a magnificent view of Bad Reichenhall, the Staufen mountain and further views of the Alps. On our balconies or terrace, you can enjoy a relaxing evening after a nice excursion or shopping tour. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for our guests in the communal area.

Our deluxe studio holiday apartment has a spacious 53 sqm. The holiday apartment has a balcony with a wonderful view through the panorama window. The underfloor heating provides a cosy and warm atmosphere. The apartment is fully furnished and has a separate bedroom with box spring bed and 40 inch TV incl. SKY. In the living room you have an additional TV. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a stove with induction hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom with shower and WC is decorated with high-quality Italian tiles.
