Our well-kept house in a sunny, quiet, secluded location with a magnificent mountain panorama offers you a place for your relaxing and restful vacation. Enjoy your vacation in our comfortable 40 to 60 square meter vacation apartments. Many sights as well as a golf course, cable cars and inns are in the immediate vicinity. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the middle station of the Obersalzberg cable car. Many hiking trails start directly at the house or in the immediate vicinity. The nearest bus stop is only a five-minute walk away. Around the house, the cozy seating, as well as the large playground and lawn invite you to linger. A barbecue is also at your disposal. The kitchens are equipped with CD radio, coffee maker, electric stove, egg and water stove, toaster, bread slicer, refrigerator with freezer, as well as rich dining and cooking utensils and corner sofa.

Our cozy apartment Watzmann offers two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. One, of the bedrooms is equipped with an additional sink. A bathroom, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher complete the apartment offer. From the apartment Watzmann you have access to the large panoramic balcony. This runs around three sides of the house and offers a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. In the basement you will find a washing machine and a dryer.

The above prices do not include the health resort tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change).
