In a completely quiet location, but close to the center is our lovingly furnished and equipped with many extras vacation apartment. Large lawn, barbecue area and unobstructed views of Jenner, Watzmann and Hochkalter. Hiking trails and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The 100 sqm apartment is attached to a country villa, it is located on a south-facing slope in a completely quiet location and can be reached via a private road (reliably cleared even in winter!) The center of Berchtesgaden, spa management and train station can be reached by car in a short time, walking to the town center takes about 30 minutes. A bakery and grocery store are in just a short walk away. In the main house there is a washing machine in the basement (use free of charge) and a sauna, which can be used for a small fee. The apartment Waldhofalm is suitable for a maximum of two adults. Well behaved dogs are welcome for a fee.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 - 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).fridge service, guided hikes, sauna use.
